Customized specialized TV systems

In accordance with the Customer technical requirements, we design and produce customized specialized TV systems based on charge coupled devices.

	System of high-precision focusing of the collimator. The unit includes 5 photodetectors ELCM1077 and data acquisition and processing system. • CCD pixels number – 1040×1160 • CCD pixel size – 16×16 µm • Digital video output – 14 bits

	The system for visualization and precision measurements of an objects dimensions and light flux intensity. The system includes 3 photodetectors (TH7843 linear CCDs) and data concentrator. • CCD pixels number – 12000 • Pixel size – 6.5×6.5 µm • Photosensitive area length – 78 mm • Full readout time – not more than 6.5 msec • Exposure time – 0.01…1 sec • ADC – 10 bits

	Unit for the quality control of the fiber-optic input windows. The unit includes optical-mechanical device with light source and CCD imager control unit. Connection to computer via specialized PCI adapter. Image is displayed on a PC monitor in a real time. • Diameter of FOP under inspection: 26 mm • Illumination non-uniformity: 5 % max • Image sensor: FCCD • Power consumption: 50 W

	Infrared microscope for observation of small-size object irradiation in 1…3 µm spectral range. The objects images are displayed on a PC monitor in a real time. • Image sensor – IR CCD with PtSi-based Shottky barriers • CCD format – 320×240 • Threshold detecting power at the 8^x lens magnification – not less than 2×10^-10 W/pixel • Output signal – 12 bits • Detector cooling system – refilled liquid nitrogen (LN₂) cryostat • Operating time without LN₂ refilling – not less than 8 hrs
